The name of the Amazon Omakase Spider

The name of the Amazon affiliates program Omakase spider, or robot, for inclusion in a websites robots.txt file is the (somewhat wordy):

 "Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; AMZNKAssocBot/4.0)" .

Use it by adding an entry to your robots.txt file like this:

User-agent: Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; AMZNKAssocBot/4.0)
Allow: /

Of course add any restrictions your site may require to the entry for the Amazon robot.

(actually published 11/19/08, but stamped May 1, 2008 to force it down the front page stack.)
